Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information available at the time and on what is visible before work starts. Where concealed conditions change the scope, we will stop, tell you, and agree any change with you before continuing.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are estimates. Emergency dispatch takes priority over scheduled work and may cause a scheduled visit to be moved, in which case we will contact you.
Warranty
Workmanship and supplied parts are warranted as set out in your written quote. The warranty does not cover damage caused by others, by utility faults, or by alterations made after we leave.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless a written stage schedule has been agreed.
